Professional Development Courses

February 2002, the LRC is offering four Professional
Development Courses (To be approved by The Institute of
Localisation Professionals (TILP) as partial fulfilment of the
requirements for the Certified Localisation Professional (CLP)
– Grade 1)
These courses will be recognised as partial fulfilment of the
requirements for the Certified Localisation Professional
(CLP), grade 1, awarded by the Institute of Localisation
Professionals (TILP).
All courses will be run by professional tutors. Courses will
be ‘hands-on’. The maximum number of participants will be
20. Courses will be delivered in state-of-the-art laboratories
at the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems,
University of Limerick, Ireland.
On successful completion of the course, participants will
receive a certificate which will be recognised by The
Institute of Localisation Professionals as partial fulfilment
of the requirements for the Certified Localisation
Professional (CLP), Grade 1.

Registration and payment must be received by the LRC on or
before 01 February 2002.
Please note: The Institute of Localisation Professionals
(TILP) is to be registered in Ireland as a non-profit making
organization. The full requirements and details of the CLP
awards will be made available on TILP’s web site in
due course.
