Dissemination

This component coordinates the dissemination activities of the project. This project web site and the localisation portal, developed as part of the project - ELECT Online - are the premier dissemination vehicles.

ELECT will make the following available, and update it regularly where applicable:

Information relating to ELECT events (conferences, expert council meetings etc.).

bullet

A dedicated laboratory and showcase for the latest localisation tools (LOTS).

bullet

Results of surveys and interviews conducted by ELECT staff with key eContent industry players. 

bullet

A bi-annual newsletter, entitled "Localisation Europe", published in English, with abstracts offered in four additional languages.

bullet

The Localisation and eContent Directory (Yellow Pages), containing contact details for those involved in both the localisation and eContent industries.

bullet

Proceedings from the two ELECT expert workshops.

bullet

Guides to eContent development and localisation.

Both ELECT and relevant industry publications can be found on ELECT Online.
