Workshop I: Localisation Management – the Balanced Scorecard

Moderator: John Rowley, Director European Localisation, Corel Corporation

This workshop is for localisation project managers, HR personnel and training professionals. Keith Robinson from World Class International will introduce the concept of the Balanced Scorecard. The group will then work together to identify possible measures they could use for a scorecard and possible strategies for introducing it to their organisations.
