Call For Papers

The LRC invites proposals for relevant papers, covering topics similar to the following:

	Localisation tools and technologies
	Localisation process
	Machine and machine-assisted translation
	Open source localisation
	Regional localisation activities
	Development localisation
	Management of localisation projects
	Localisation standards
	Quality assurance and testing
	Computational linguistics and localisation
	Translation studies and localisation
	Cultural issues and localisation

Proposals should include contact details for the authors and a short, one paragraph, biographical note. They should be approximately 200 words long and should reach the LRC not later than 30 May 2005. An international panel of experts will review the proposals and authors will be notified by 10 June 2005.

Full versions of the accepted proposals are due by 30 July 2005.
