The LRC invites proposals for relevant papers, covering topics similar to the following:

Development localisation

bullet

Management of localisation projects

bullet

Localisation standards

bullet

bullet

Translation studies and localisation

bullet

Cultural issues and localisation

Proposals should include contact details for the authors and a short, one paragraph, biographical note. They should be approximately 200 words long and should reach the LRC not later than 30 May 2005. An international panel of experts will review the proposals and authors will be notified by 10 June 2005.

Full versions of the accepted proposals are due by 30 July 2005.
