In February 2003,
the LRC held four Professional Development
courses. All
courses took place in the Localisation Technology Research
Laboratory and Showcase (LOTS) at the University of Limerick.
Attendance was free (and compulsory for students of the Graduate Diploma
in Software Localisation and its modules e.g. Localisation Process I and
II).
Evidence
of successful completion of these Professional Development Courses (PDC)
will be considered as part-fulfilment of the requirements for
professional membership of The Institute of Localisation Professionals
