LRC XIII, the 13th Internationalisation and Localisation Conference organised by the Localisation Research Centre, took place on 02-03 October 2008 at the Marino Institute of Education in Drumcondra, Dublin, Ireland with a pre-conference day taking place in Dublin on 01 October. The theme for this conference was Localisation4All, and the conference focused on the provision of quality localisation services for people world-wide.
